The company has established a new administrative office at 3721 Rome Drive to anchor its local operations. This growth follows a year of significant momentum for the organization, which has added over 300 positions across its Indiana and Ohio networks. ViaQuest currently serves more than 20,000 individuals, leveraging a workforce of 4,000 to deliver services ranging from 24/7 residential support to music therapy and psychiatric medication management.

CEO Emily Stickley noted that the move reflects a broader commitment to long-term care in the state, building upon existing therapeutic programs and behavioral health services. Anne Davis, Vice President of Community Solutions, attributed the expansion to the company’s person-centered model and the trust established with families throughout the region. Supported by the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program, these new services aim to provide residents with greater independence and access to personalized care plans. Interested families can reach out to the company's intake coordination team for referrals and service eligibility details.
