Harvard Physician Gregg Meyer Joins Cornerstone Research

Dr. Meyer brings a background that spans clinical practice, federal policy, and large-scale system management. Before his move to Cornerstone, he served as president of the Community Division at Mass General Brigham, where he oversaw operations for various hospitals and physician groups. His tenure also included a role as medical director for the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization. These executive positions provide him with a granular understanding of how hospital systems, insurers, and physician groups navigate contract negotiations and incentive structures.

His expertise extends into the public sector, where he directed the Center for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. This federal experience, combined with his academic work, allows him to provide analytical support for matters involving healthcare quality measurement and vertical integration.
