Mammoth Energy Lifts 2026 Outlook as Aviation Segment Gains Traction

The Oklahoma City-based company reported an Adjusted EBITDA of $2.6 million for the period ending June 30, a sharp recovery from the $3.5 million loss recorded in the same quarter last year. CFO Mark Layton attributed the upward revision to performance improvements across core business lines and the growing contribution from the company’s aviation platform, which saw a $5.7 million revenue increase year-over-year.

Strategic expansion remains a priority, underscored by the recent acquisitions of Mission Construction and BERE Rentals to bolster fiber infrastructure services. While the drilling segment generated positive Adjusted EBITDA ahead of internal projections, the company also noted a shift in the grade mix within its natural sand proppant segment. With $77 million in cash and marketable securities as of June 30, Mammoth maintains a debt-free status on its revolving credit facility, providing the firm with liquidity to pursue further disciplined capital deployment throughout the remainder of the year.
