The revamped property now encompasses a 3,446-square-foot main residence and a 2,086-square-foot detached guest house. According to company founder Ryan Patterson, the core objective was to retain the irreplaceable setting while modernizing the infrastructure, including new electrical, plumbing, and Control4 automation systems.

Perched on a hillside overlooking the Camelback Corridor, a 1974 property has undergone a complete transformation into a modern organic estate. Scottsdale-based Patterson Homes stripped the structure to its studs, preserving the rare privacy of the Lincoln Hills site while upgrading every mechanical and aesthetic element within the 5,532-square-foot footprint.
Inside, the residence features wide-plank white oak flooring, quartzite surfaces, and custom cabinetry paired with integrated Miele appliances. The guest house offers additional flexibility, featuring a climate-controlled lower level suitable for a private gym, studio, or vehicle collection. By integrating architecture and interior design into a single process, the firm aims to demonstrate that high-end renovation requires the same level of resolution as new builds. The company currently accepts inquiries for similar estate modernizations across the Paradise Valley and Arcadia markets.
