Pinnacle Steel Restarts Former ArcelorMittal Site in Trinidad
A former ArcelorMittal steel facility in Point Lisas, Trinidad and Tobago, officially began its transformation into a high-tech production hub on August 10. Backed by a $250 million investment from Heeney Capital, the project aims to secure critical mineral supply chains for the United States and its allies.
Henry Heeney, co-founder of the U.S.-based investment firm, emphasized that the project serves to strengthen Western industrial capacity.
