Minerva Foods Hits R$ 57.2 Billion Revenue Milestone

Minerva Foods achieved a record R$ 57.2 billion in net revenue over the 12 months ending in June 2026, marking a 29.1% increase compared to the previous year. The South American beef exporter bolstered this growth with a 10% sequential rise in quarterly EBITDA, signaling robust operational resilience in global markets.

Minerva Foods Hits R$ 57.2 Billion Revenue Milestone

In the second quarter of 2026 alone, the company reported R$ 14.1 billion in net revenue, a 1.3% climb year-over-year. Exports remain the engine of this expansion, accounting for 57% of the R$ 15.1 billion in gross revenue generated during the quarter. Profitability metrics followed this upward trend, with net income surging to R$ 196.9 million, more than doubling the R$ 87.3 million recorded in the first quarter of the year.

The firm’s commitment to financial discipline is reflected in its debt profile. Net leverage dropped to 2.9x, down from 3.2x in the second quarter of 2025. Management has actively managed its liabilities, repurchasing US$ 232.9 million in international bonds during the first half of 2026. This strategy was further supported by a recent US$ 600 million issuance of 2036 Bonds, which saw high market demand, being oversubscribed by 2.5 times. By leveraging its geographic footprint across South America and Australia, Minerva Foods continues to capture shifting demand for animal protein while streamlining its capital structure.
