Investors File Class Action Lawsuit Against ARS Pharmaceuticals

Investors who purchased ARS Pharmaceuticals securities between March 9 and June 24, 2026, are now eligible to join a class action lawsuit filed by the Rosen Law Firm. The litigation, centered in New York, alleges that the company misled shareholders regarding the insurance coverage timeline for its epinephrine nasal spray, neffy.

The lawsuit contends that executives at ARS Pharmaceuticals provided overly optimistic projections concerning the drug's inclusion in CVS Caremark's insurance coverage. Defendants allegedly assured the market that this coverage would commence on July 1, 2026, in time for the peak allergy season. According to the complaint, these statements were either false or misleading, concealing adverse facts that resulted in shareholders purchasing stock at artificially inflated prices.

Those interested in serving as the lead plaintiff must petition the court by October 5, 2026. Participation in the potential recovery does not require acting as a lead plaintiff, and investors retain the right to select their own counsel. To date, no class has been certified, meaning investors remain unrepresented unless they choose to retain an attorney.
