Higgsfield Hits $5.4B Valuation Following $400M Series B Raise

Founded in 2023 by former Snap executive Alex Mashrabov, the company has transitioned from a buzzy creator of Cannes-premiered AI films to a corporate powerhouse. Higgsfield now reports 30 million users globally and claims to support 390 of the Fortune 500 companies through its Cinema and Marketing Studio platforms. Annualized revenue has reached $700 million, reflecting a significant shift toward professional creative workflows.

Scaling these operations requires immense infrastructure, as processing a single minute of AI-generated video is equivalent to handling 60,000 words of data. Mashrabov intends to direct the fresh capital toward securing stable compute capacity to maintain a competitive edge against rivals like Runway and Synthesia. The funding round was led by DST Global, with additional participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Valor Capital, and Tribe Capital.
