Baldrige Foundation Launches Digital Hub for Organizational Excellence

The Institute for Performance Excellence has unveiled a centralized digital platform providing over 350 customizable self-assessments to organizations worldwide. By digitizing the 2026 Baldrige Excellence Framework, the new National Assessment Center aims to bridge the gap between identifying operational weaknesses and implementing concrete, AI-supported improvement strategies.

The platform functions as a gateway for businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies to evaluate organizational maturity and prioritize growth. Users gain immediate access to visual dashboards and structured 30, 60, 90, and 120-day improvement plans, moving beyond static reporting into actionable intelligence. Josh Racette, President and CEO of the Baldrige Foundation, noted that the project fulfills a long-standing vision to make the Baldrige Framework more accessible and directly applicable to daily operations.

Developed in partnership with the veteran-owned organization Vessel, the center integrates professional networking and educational resources to support workforce development. Organizations utilizing the platform can also leverage partial scholarships for more than 370 online training and certification courses. According to Vessel Founder and CEO Derik Ellis, the objective is to convert routine self-assessments into dynamic organizational intelligence, allowing leaders to focus resources where they are most needed to drive competitiveness.
