Austin-based 360training has acquired Atlantic Training, a move designed to bolster its enterprise offerings in workplace safety and HR compliance. The deal integrates 305 specialized courses into the buyer’s catalog, accelerating a broader strategy to capture recurring revenue from sectors ranging from construction to advanced technology infrastructure.
Tom Anderson, CEO of 360training, stated that the acquisition strengthens the company’s ability to foster long-term relationships with employers by offering a more diverse training portfolio. For Atlantic Training’s founder, Anthony LaFazia, the transition offers customers access to a more robust infrastructure while maintaining the specialized focus that defined his firm. The purchase is the latest in a series of strategic expansions for 360training, a portfolio company of GreyLion and Vestar Capital Partners, which has already issued over 21 million training certificates to date.
