Keystone RV Hits Post-Pandemic Retail Peak at Hershey Show

Company president Troy James attributed the surge to a synchronized effort between product development teams and dealer networks. By streamlining booth traffic and maintaining rigorous follow-up protocols, dealers converted high interest into finalized purchases. James emphasized that the strategy relied on collaborative display planning and consistent staffing throughout the event.

This uptick in retail activity offers a boost to the Goshen-based manufacturer, which currently operates as the leading North American producer of towable RVs under the THOR Industries umbrella. Looking ahead, Keystone intends to sustain this momentum by prioritizing marketing responsiveness and continued product innovation for its core brands, including Montana and Cougar.
