Paramount Skydance Delays Debt Exchange Offers Again

The company confirmed that the new expiration deadline is set for 5:00 p.m. New York City time on October 2, 2026, though further extensions remain possible. Settlement dates for the various notes are currently expected to occur in the third quarter of 2026, contingent upon the formal closing of the broader acquisition deal. This latest adjustment marks the thirteenth extension of these offers since June 2026.

As of September 18, 2026, participation rates stood at approximately 66.87% for existing tender offer notes and 75.12% for exchange offer notes. Paramount management noted that these figures do not reflect final results, as the company intends to keep the offers open until they effectively synchronize with the acquisition’s completion. Investors retain the right to withdraw tendered notes at any time prior to the final expiration date.
