The upcoming session hosts 32,000 exhibitors, with over 11,000 firms identified as specialized or innovative industry champions. Data indicates a significant pivot toward modernization, as 64% of participating companies now integrate industrial internet or artificial intelligence into their production processes. Green products and new product categories have reached record levels, accounting for 26% and 23.2% of all exhibits, respectively.
Technological integration extends to the exhibition floor itself. Organizers have deployed 22 smart application scenarios, including booth-level navigation via augmented reality across 75,000 locations. These digital upgrades aim to streamline the sourcing process for the massive influx of professional attendees.
Zhu Yong, Director General of the China Foreign Trade Centre, emphasized that the event is evolving into a full-chain service ecosystem. Beyond mere product display, the fair now incorporates ten categories of producer services, including logistics, R&D, and cross-border financing. With over 700 product debut events scheduled and a new dedicated gallery for supplier-buyer matching, the fair seeks to solidify its role as a primary gateway for international trade.
