The Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, which serves 34,000 students in Ontario, is among the first to adopt the technology. According to Owen McIntosh, the district's IT manager, the board chose the system for its ability to handle multi-level approval hierarchies, such as the sequential sign-offs required for field trip proposals. Beyond simple permissions, the tool captures timestamps and digital signatures, creating an auditable history for every transaction.
