Constellation Cold Logistics Names Abhy Maharaj as CEO
Abhy Maharaj will take the helm at Constellation Cold Logistics on October 1, 2026, succeeding Carlos Rodriguez. The transition marks a strategic shift for the European cold storage platform, with Rodriguez moving to an advisory role to oversee the company’s ongoing mergers and acquisitions activity.
Under Rodriguez, who led the company for four years, Constellation expanded its footprint to ten European countries, currently managing 1.2 million pallet positions. Rodriguez will now focus his efforts on the company’s M&A strategy from the Advisory Board. Maharaj intends to maintain the current growth trajectory, emphasizing automation and technology to streamline the European cold chain market.
