Savannah Concrete Price-Fixing Settlement Claims Open

Businesses that purchased ready-mix concrete in the Greater Savannah area between January 1, 2010, and July 31, 2016, may now file claims for a share of a class-action settlement. The U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina has finalized agreements involving several major regional concrete suppliers.

Savannah Concrete Price-Fixing Settlement Claims Open

The settlements resolve a protracted legal battle, Pro Slab, Inc., et al. v. Argos USA LLC, et al., which alleged a conspiracy among industry leaders to artificially inflate or stabilize ready-mix concrete prices. The defendants named in the litigation include Lafarge North America, Thomas Concrete, Evans Concrete, Argos USA, Coastal Concrete Southeast, and Elite Concrete.

To qualify for a distribution, claimants must have purchased ready-mix concrete directly from specific plants operated by the defendants during the designated six-year period. Payouts will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, determined by the total volume of an individual claimant's qualifying purchases relative to the entire pool of valid claims. While some transaction data is available through the defendants' own records, participants may submit additional documentation to support their claim if they believe existing records are incomplete.

Claim forms must be submitted online or postmarked no later than November 16, 2026. The settlement excludes any claimants who previously requested to be opted out of the proceedings. Interested parties can verify their eligibility and access the necessary forms through the official portal at www.SavannahConcreteCase.com or by contacting the settlement administrator at 1-888-999-5317.
