Alloy Holdings Expands Manufacturing Footprint with Double Acquisition
Rhode Island-based Alloy Holdings has finalized the acquisition of GSM Metals, Inc. and Cimini & Associates, Inc., integrating the two firms into its portfolio to bolster its presence in the precious metals and critical energy sectors. The transaction, completed September 25, brings specialized manufacturing expertise under a single corporate umbrella.

Rich Powers, CEO of Alloy Holdings, described the move as a strategic expansion of the company’s manufacturing capabilities. Both subsidiaries will continue operating at their current locations, maintaining existing customer relationships while leveraging the resources of the parent company to scale production. Ashley Singh, President of GSM Metals, noted that the deal ensures the continuity of the legacy built over 34 years by the two companies, emphasizing a shared commitment to long-term stability and employee development. With these additions, Alloy Holdings now manages a combined workforce of approximately 450 employees, solidifying its position as a major player in the North American precision manufacturing market.
