Kelly Daniels, a veteran with 11 years of experience in organizational scaling, steps into the role of Senior Vice President of Operations. Her mandate involves streamlining internal systems and execution across the growing network. Joining her is Jim Graham, who assumes the position of Vice President of Field Operations. With over 15 years in franchise strategy, Graham will focus on improving unit-level performance and refining the customer experience at individual shops.

The marketing department will be led by Mary Wehrer, the new Vice President of Marketing. Wehrer joins the team after a tenure at Floyd’s 99 Barbershops, where she managed marketing infrastructure during a period of rapid growth from 35 to 175 locations. Her background also includes international brand development for American Crew at Revlon. CEO Aaron Meyers noted that these additions provide the necessary infrastructure to support franchise partners and ensure the brand maintains its upscale positioning within the competitive grooming industry.
