The merger brings together two industry veterans: NRP Jones, based in La Porte, Indiana, with over 80 years of domestic manufacturing experience, and Balflex, a global manufacturer founded in 1963. The combined entity will maintain both brand identities and existing product lines, ensuring that customers continue to receive components manufactured to SAE, EN, ISO, and API standards. This integration secures continuity for existing OEM approvals while expanding the overall product catalog available to domestic clients.

Balflex and NRP Jones Merge US Hydraulic Operations
Balflex and NRP Jones have combined their American operations to forge a stronger hydraulics partner for the North American market. By merging NRP Jones’ long-standing US manufacturing footprint with the international scale of the Portugal-based Balflex group, the companies aim to enhance supply chain resilience and local technical support.

Operational leverage will stem from a manufacturing presence spanning three continents, including facilities in the United States, Portugal, and Brazil. Distribution capabilities are bolstered by dedicated centers across Indiana, Utah, and Texas, alongside the Balflex global network that touches more than 50 countries. The move is designed to provide immediate benefits to sectors ranging from oil and gas to agriculture, offering a more robust supply chain and improved service availability on both sides of the Atlantic.
