The acquisition, valued at 7.6 times EBITDA, integrates Gorilla Circuits’ two decades of high-mix, low-volume production expertise into the Israeli firm's global portfolio. By securing a physical production base in Silicon Valley, PCB Technologies aims to bypass barriers for US government and aerospace contracts that require domestic fabrication. The deal, financed through Israeli bank credit facilities, is slated to close within eight months, pending regulatory approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

PCB Technologies to Acquire Gorilla Circuits for $120 Million
Israel-based PCB Technologies has entered a definitive agreement to acquire San Jose’s Gorilla Circuits for $120 million, a move designed to establish a permanent manufacturing stronghold in the United States and capture increasing demand within the American aerospace, defense, and semiconductor sectors.
Gorilla Circuits has shown sharp financial acceleration, with revenue climbing from $69.4 million in 2024 to $91.9 million in 2025. Adjusted EBITDA followed suit, jumping from $3 million to $13.6 million over the same period. PCB Technologies CEO Oved Shapira noted that the merger allows the company to deploy its proprietary iNPACK miniaturization and IC packaging capabilities directly to Gorilla’s existing base of over 700 customers. For Gorilla’s leadership, the partnership provides the capital and technical scale necessary to handle increasingly complex customer programs while maintaining the rapid prototyping agility that defines their San Jose operations.
