The Radnor-based firm expects to finalize the sale during the fourth quarter of 2026. Management warned shareholders that the timeline remains subject to variables outside the company's control, offering no absolute guarantee that the transfer will proceed to completion.

Should the deal face termination or reach a successful close, the company plans to notify investors accordingly. Until that point, officials have declined to share further specifics regarding the buyer or the nature of the property's underlying assets. The firm maintains that all forward-looking projections regarding the sale are subject to market risks and economic conditions, expressly disclaiming any obligation to provide updates unless a definitive outcome is reached.
