The centerpiece of the showcase is the XBoard V7, which integrates real-time transcription, automated meeting summaries, and intelligent audio-video optimization. By leveraging AI-assisted controls, the system aims to streamline meeting productivity before, during, and after sessions. Live demonstrations currently underway use NDI technology to broadcast these meeting scenarios to the company’s CMB Series commercial displays, emphasizing low-latency content distribution across complex workspaces.

Beyond meeting boards, the firm is expanding its Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem with the introduction of the SP10 Scheduling Panel, the DM30 Mic Pod, and the TCP33T Universal Console. The XBar W70 Kit, which secured the SCN Installation Product Award for its innovative AI architecture, stands as a key indicator of the company’s current technical trajectory. These hardware updates are managed via the Pivot⁺ platform, designed to centralize device control for global enterprises.

Market data from Futuresource and TrendForce identifies MAXHUB as the leading global provider of collaboration boards and all-in-one LED displays. With a footprint extending across 140 countries, the company is using this year’s InfoComm to emphasize its shift toward software-integrated hardware, supported by local teams in 35 nations.
