Jack Technology Pivots to AI-Driven Smart Apparel Manufacturing

In Ho Chi Minh City, Jack Technology has officially pivoted from a traditional sewing machine manufacturer to an intelligent systems provider. By launching the SmartLink Master platform on June 16, the company aims to overhaul factory-wide connectivity across Vietnam’s rapidly modernizing textile and apparel sector.

The new platform integrates the Polaris AI Intelligent System with Siemens' Mendix architecture to synchronize software, hardware, and production workflows. According to General Manager Victor, the solution leverages proprietary tools like SkyFox AI Vision and Spirit-Ape AI Kitting to enable real-time responsiveness to fluctuating consumer demand. This shift represents a broader industry move toward flexible production lines capable of adapting to complex manufacturing requirements.

CEO Moli noted that the company is moving past simple equipment sales to offer comprehensive digital environments. This transition is supported by a strategic partnership with Siemens Digital Industries Software, which focuses on developing digital twin-enabled production lines. To prove the efficacy of these systems, Jack Technology has established demonstration factories in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Vu Duc Giang, Chairman of the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association, expects these technological deployments to significantly accelerate the modernization of local production facilities.
