Hanon Systems Expands STEM Outreach and Youth Talent Programs

The company’s initiative, known as Hanon Systems Citizen, focuses on education, environment, and community support. By leveraging its technical footprint, the firm is attempting to bridge the gap between industry and academia. In Novi, Michigan, the support for the Frost RoboFalcons serves as a blueprint for how the organization integrates its engineering expertise into local youth development.

Global efforts remain tailored to regional requirements. In Germany, the Europe Innovation Center facilitates technical learning for Formula Student racing teams, while facilities in Italy have maintained a three-year commitment to providing manufacturing training for high school students. Bulgaria’s operations focus on the university level, offering internships and lectures on industrial automation. These programs are supplemented by social outreach in Thailand and Korea, where employees have engaged in school infrastructure improvements and safety education. A company representative noted that as a major supplier, the firm views the development of future mobility talent as a core responsibility.
