Shelley brings over 15 years of experience in franchise technology, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Information Technology at Alliance Franchise Brands. His background includes overseeing technical initiatives for more than 600 locations across North America, as well as leadership roles at Franworth and Service Brands International. In his new capacity, he will supervise the systems powering HomeFront’s diverse portfolio, which includes brands such as Window Hero, The Designery, and AdvantaClean.

CEO Jeff Dudan stated that the appointment is intended to grant franchise owners a competitive edge through improved data visibility and innovation. Shelley’s mandate involves spearheading initiatives in artificial intelligence and systems integration to streamline performance across the company’s shared-services platform. By centralizing technology, HomeFront aims to assist franchisees in scaling operations more efficiently while providing leadership teams with deeper insights into business growth opportunities.
