The 2026 academic year marks a significant expansion for the program, which will disburse $409,000 in total funding. Of that, $160,000 is dedicated to the 50 new scholarship winners, 78% of whom are first-generation college students. The remaining $249,000 provides ongoing support for previous recipients, ensuring continuity for those pursuing degrees at universities, community colleges, and vocational schools.

Havenpark Communities Expands Scholarship Program to 120 Students
Fifty new students from across 12 states have joined the ranks of Havenpark Communities’ scholarship recipients, pushing the total number of awards issued by the Education Success Program to 196 since 2021. The initiative now supports roughly 120 students annually, providing a mix of tuition assistance and academic mentoring.

Renamed in 2024 to honor the late chairman and co-founder J. Anthony Antonelli, the scholarship reflects his personal history of overcoming educational barriers while growing up in a mobile home community. Beyond financial aid, the program connects students with one-on-one mentoring and online resources to improve retention. According to CEO Robbie Pratt, the growth from two initial recipients to over 100 students demonstrates the impact of long-term investment in residents. To qualify, students must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA and reside within a Havenpark property, a criteria that has already seen 51 participants complete their programs to date.
