Before adopting the new software, Arborwear’s product teams relied on a disjointed process involving PDFs and manual data entry, which often led to version control errors and system latency. Tessa Puruczky, Product Development Manager at Arborwear, noted that the previous system was unreliable, sometimes failing to save changes and slowing down the entire design cycle. By implementing Centric PLM, the company expects to gain consistent SKU control and improved visibility into the sample testing process.

Arborwear Overhauls Product Development with Centric PLM
Chagrin Falls-based workwear manufacturer Arborwear is migrating its product development operations to Centric PLM to eliminate manual bottlenecks. The brand, which produces over 150 core items for outdoor professionals, aims to move away from fragmented email-based workflows toward a centralized, scalable platform for vendor communication and data management.

The transition is part of a broader push to accommodate the brand's rapid growth and annual update cycle of 40 products. According to Senior Design and Product Developer Blake Banks, the platform offers the necessary scalability to support the company's long-term trajectory. Fabrice Canonge, President of Centric Software, stated that the partnership is designed to bolster Arborwear's agility in delivering high-performance gear for demanding work environments.
