Designed by Peter Pennoyer Architects, the structure draws aesthetic cues from 1920s New York, featuring a façade of light brick, Indiana limestone, and detailed metalwork. The building will house 60 residences ranging from two to five bedrooms, each supported by a private amenity suite. Sales are scheduled to commence this fall.

Sky Equity Group Tops Out First Manhattan Condominium
At the corner of Second Avenue and East 72nd Street, a new 20-story luxury tower has reached its full height. The project marks a strategic expansion for developer Simon Dushinsky, whose Sky Equity Group is now entering the Manhattan condominium market with this historically inspired residential address.

This development serves as a milestone for Dushinsky, following a 2024 corporate restructuring and recapitalization that placed Sky Equity Group in the role of lead developer. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been tapped to handle exclusive sales, with Susan de França noting the firm’s long-standing professional history with Dushinsky across various high-end projects in New York and Florida.
