The election results saw overwhelming support for the slate of nominees, with all candidates receiving approval ratings between 95.2% and 99.8%. Steven Yopps and Richard Young garnered the highest individual support, both securing 99.8% of the vote. The meeting also resulted in the reappointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the company's auditors.

John Seaman, a founding board member, concluded his tenure at the meeting. Chairman Ron Clayton acknowledged Seaman's strategic contributions during the company's growth phase. Filling the vacancy, Stephen Gottesfeld joins the board with a background spanning nearly three decades in the mining sector. Gottesfeld previously held executive leadership roles at Newmont Corporation for over 25 years, specializing in sustainability, governance, and legal affairs. His appointment aligns with i-80 Gold’s ongoing efforts to advance its multi-asset development strategy and transition into a Nevada-focused mid-tier gold producer.
