The integration brings a significant influx of highly trained technicians into the Thermogenics network, bolstering the company's capability to manage complex industrial steam and heating infrastructures. Prime Boiler Services, which boasts over 35 years of operational history, will maintain its established brand identity while gaining access to the broader engineering resources and national support infrastructure of its parent organization.

Eric Madsen, President of Prime Boiler Services, noted that the shared cultural emphasis on safety and service standards drove the decision to join the group. For Thermogenics CEO Arif Quraishi, the acquisition serves as a cornerstone of the company’s regional growth strategy, creating a technical powerhouse capable of delivering 24/7 preventative maintenance and large-scale equipment rentals across the continent. This expansion extends the reach of Thermogenics beyond its existing footprint in Ontario and the United States, positioning the firm to better serve mission-critical operations throughout Western Canada.
