Helene Richman

Helene Richmanwas a Lib Dem member of the Barnet London Borough Council who served as councillor for the West Hendon ward. Originally a Conservative Party councillor, she defected to the Liberal Democrats on 3 April 2022, stating that the Tories had shunned communities like hers.
