Carbon emissions per glove dropped 11.14% to 18.14 grams of CO2 equivalent, while water usage per unit fell 6.88% to 0.20 liters. These improvements were bolstered by the generation of 12,537.23 MWh of renewable electricity from wind and solar sources, directly integrating clean energy into the production cycle.
Social initiatives remained a core focus, particularly regarding workforce demographics and development. Women accounted for 58% of the company's 12,941 employees, maintaining a significant presence in management roles. Furthermore, INTCO Medical achieved full training coverage for its staff, averaging over 31 hours per person. The company also expanded its philanthropic reach, with cumulative charitable contributions surpassing USD 11.3 million directed toward public health and education.
