Robo.ai Breaks Ground on Industrial Park in Umm Al Quwain
Robo.ai has officially launched the first phase of its ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park in Umm Al Quwain, marking a strategic pivot toward localized manufacturing in the UAE. The 8,845-square-meter site will serve as a hub for intelligent infrastructure, with Alif Maritec slated as its inaugural tenant.
Dr. Jasem Al Mansoori, CEO of ALIF Holding, described the groundbreaking as a foundational shift for the group’s industrial footprint. The development is designed to unfold in three distinct stages: utilizing existing structures for immediate needs, constructing new facilities to scale capacity, and reserving space for future expansion. Officials aim to have at least three project companies operational within the park by the end of 2026, pending regulatory approvals and site readiness. The ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi and members of the ruling families from Ajman and Umm Al Quwain.
