Strada expands Workday ecosystem with Aon partnership and AI tools
Strategic collaboration with Aon headlines Strada’s latest product push at Workday Rising U.S. 2026, as the firm introduces a dedicated AI investment calculator and brings its rapid deployment model for medium-sized businesses to the North American market to accelerate HR digital transformation.

To address the complexity of AI adoption, Strada is launching its Flex Credit Calculator. Developed alongside the company’s Client Advisory Board, the tool analyzes employee population data and subscription types against current Workday rate cards. This allows businesses to forecast AI consumption and identify potential costs before committing to large-scale implementations. Complementing these tools, Strada is rolling out its 'Express' deployment model in the U.S. market. Targeted at companies with up to 3,000 employees, the service offers three tiers—Express, Accelerate, and Transform—with the goal of cutting implementation time to as little as 12 weeks. Following its initial rollout in Europe, this expansion marks a significant push to standardize HR technology for growing enterprises in North America.
