Inspira Enterprise Scales AI Governance Through ServiceNow Partnership

A 40% increase in AI adoption and a 35% productivity boost are driving Inspira Enterprise to integrate ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower across its global operations. The cybersecurity firm is now positioning itself as a full-spectrum delivery partner, managing AI assets, identity governance, and threat intelligence for enterprise clients worldwide.

Inspira Enterprise Scales AI Governance Through ServiceNow Partnership

The partnership leverages Inspira’s internal deployment of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) to create a centralized governance layer for its AI ecosystem. By managing over 50 AI agents across functions such as threat management and risk assessment, the company aims to provide a blueprint for clients looking to scale AI without sacrificing oversight. This implementation serves as the foundation for Inspira’s new service model, which streamlines the lifecycle management of AI models, datasets, and prompts.

Beyond general governance, Inspira is utilizing its ICNOW Center of Excellence to provide specialized support for ServiceNow’s broader portfolio, including the recently acquired Veza and Armis platforms. With more than 200 pre-configured use cases, the firm claims it can reduce implementation timelines by up to 70%. Prakash Jain, Executive Chairman at Inspira, noted that the initiative merges automated remediation with deep cybersecurity expertise to provide real-time risk visibility. Adrian Johnston, President of APAC at ServiceNow, added that the collaboration underscores a shared commitment to responsible AI, using Inspira’s own successful integration as a benchmark for enterprise-wide digital transformation.
